RICHLAND RUM CLASSIC MANHATTAN

Ingredients:

2 oz Richland Rum  Single-Estate Rum Classic Reserve
.25 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel, Expressed (for garnish)
Ice

Ritual:
Combine Richland Rum, Sweet Red Vermouth, and two dashes of Angostura Bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake gently, then pour/strain into a rocks glass.

Garnish with the expressed orange peel.
